YE3-serie driefasige asynchrone motor is een volledig ingesloten, zelf-fan gekoelde eekhoorn-kooi driefasige asynchrone motor vervaardigd met nieuwe materialen, nieuwe processen en geoptimaliseerd ontwerp.

Het is een hoogwaardige motor die wereldwijd wordt gelanceerd en de installatiedimensies voldoen aan IEC-normen, wat handig is voor klanten om snel te schakelen.

Onderhoudsvereisten voor een 3-fase asynchrone elektromotor
Lage spanning driefasige asynchrone motoren, veel gebruikt voor ventilatoren, pompen, compressoren en bouwmachines, vereisen regelmatig onderhoud om optimale prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en levensduur te garanderen. Hier zijn de belangrijkste onderhoudseisen:
1. Regelmatige inspectie
Visuele inspectie: controleer periodiek op zichtbare tekenen van slijtage, schade of oververhitting. Zoek naar losse verbindingen, olielekken en fysieke schade aan de motorbehuizing.
Trillingsanalyse: monitor en analyseer trillingsniveaus om onevenwichtigheden, verkeerde uitlijning of lagerproblemen vroegtijdig te detecteren.
2. Smering
Lagersmeer: smeer de lagers regelmatig volgens de aanbevelingen van de fabrikant. Gebruik het juiste type en de hoeveelheid vet om overmatige slijtage en oververhitting te voorkomen.
Smeerschema: stel een consistent smeerschema op op basis van de werkomgeving en gebruiksfrequentie van de motor.
3. Elektrische controles
Isolatieweerstand: meet periodiek de isolatieweerstand van de wikkelingen met behulp van een megohmmeter om ervoor te zorgen dat deze binnen acceptabele limieten blijft. Lage isolatieweerstand kan wijzen op potentiële wikkelingsverslaving of binnendringen van vocht.
Verbindingen en terminals: inspecteer en draai alle elektrische verbindingen en terminals vast om losse verbindingen te voorkomen die oververhitting en elektrische fouten kunnen veroorzaken.
